Front-End Dev Brief for Tim:

Tim will implement the new client portal’s UI from Figma designs using mobile-first HTML/CSS. He’ll optimize performance (WebP, lazy loading), build interactive elements with vanilla JS, and ensure WCAG compliance. Daily syncs with back-end/design teams required. Staging deadline: December 2025

Devonte’s Back-End Role:

As Hot Beans Web’s back-end developer, Devonte builds secure APIs, manages databases (SQL/NoSQL), and optimizes server logic. He ensures seamless front-end integration, implements authentication, and maintains system scalability—powering robust, high-performance web applications behind the scenes.

What is it? Back-end development powers servers, databases, and application logic—handling data storage, security, and business processes behind the scenes.
